Measured Building Surveys.....accurate floor plans, elevations and sections, are an important first stage for any building renovation or extension project, and are usually a requirement for planning applications.

Buildings are measured using a combination of traditional (tape measure & sketchpad) and modern (reflectorless EDM & Laser distancer) methods, depending on the property, and are usually provided as a set of conventional paper or film drawings, as well as digitally in CAD & PDF formats.We have undertaken projects of all sizes throughout the UK, from large school, university and mansion projects, to smaller scale residential properties.
